Could you imagine other business owners coming to you and saying “hey, how come your business is so successful? It seems you’re making lots of money and you always seem to be on holiday. Can you show me what you’re doing?”
How proud would you feel?
I’m talking about….MENTORSHIP.
This law, NOW that all others are in place, and you have a business rolling along, means you need to lead properly, AND give back by leading, and mentoring others. What I mean by this is, you now have the opportunity and the ‘duty of care’ to serve, and give back, and help others.
To pay it forward: just like the help you may have received to get your business to this point.
What this means for you is that you will be in a place where you can be a leader in your Community, because people will see you and your business, as credible and successful. They will want to be associated with you and will want that knowledge in their business community. How would it feel to be acknowledged in this way?
Now also, is the opportunity to build a High- Performance Team, so you have more time off and the staff are making money for you (that is if you want to grow the business with employees). With a team performing at exceptional levels you have now built a legacy that you can be proud of.
And we have a great process to guide you to be a great leader.
So commit to yourself to getting support and guidance, and implement these 7 laws into

Well, implement. implement, implement.
It’s as simple as that – you implement. Don’t stand there and be part of the crowd.
Move forward with determination.
Do your marketing – promote yourself as the authority.
Complete your processes, so you have a machine working for you so you’re not.
Solve problems for your customers.
Don’t buy into the panic of other people.
And what this means for you is, you’re putting actions into your business and getting it done.
But, there’s a big problem, as in a really big problem with this next step, and I want to share this with you right now. There’s a big problem with implementation.
Why?
Because of these two things here.
That is focus and accountability. And what I mean by that is, it’s hard. It gets lonely being a business owner, it gets tough.
It gets tough sticking to the plan. Remember this is the stage where 90% of business owners give up – when working on their own – they don’t stick to the plan.
They don’t implement what has been offered or given. Then they wonder why the business won’t work. And they blame everything else, apart from themselves.
You will hear lots of business owners moaning and complaining about it being hard. Don’t be one of them. Focus your mind and be accountable for your business, your family and yourself.
HOW CAN WE HELP?
The difference between a coach and a mentor is a coach asks questions to get an answer. A mentor has done what you want to do. They’ve run businesses.
